Everything Chocolate is a dream fulfilled for Patrick Hay, a chef by trade.  After travelling in Europe and South America he realized that most North Americans aren't aware of what good chocolate really is - he intended to change that.

With the help of his father-in-law Karl Uddenberg, they opened their first store in 2003 on Main St. in Newmarket, Ontario in a modest 450 sq. ft. space.  Now after seven years they operate out of a 2,000 sq. ft. shop and offer several more specialty items such as exotic teas and British Imports.
